How much cost it? So, there is some freeware tools or command that I can use for my seagate drive? How I can update firmware for this drive If there isn't firmware available on seagate website? There is another place where I can find it? Assuming that I find the firmware, how can I update the hd, such as it can not be read?Assuming that I got a clone drive with hddsuperclone or ddrescue, what's the next step to the clone drive?Thinking more about this issue, you have been a gentleman with many advice. Please, could you send for my email a list of mandatory tools that I need consider to make a professional Kit for data recovery/forensic. I will consider to help people on my region with that. If there is any documentation can you be share with me. It is welcome my friend !Send my HDD for a professional data recovery firm is NOT a option. Or is it a 3rd party software provider competing for software to run SDs product? I wonder if someone will do this for PC3K ? lol.SeDiv doesn't have anything to do with Salvation Data.Salvation data is a very old player on the data recovery field. Many years ago when HDD Guru was starting i only knew about Ace with PC-3000, SD with HD DOctors and BVG with HRT.Many years later Mr. Div. from RUSSIA did publish a tool that would work only on Seagate ST-10 drives .... SeDiv. Only later SeDiv was updated first to work with WD drives and progressively Mr. Div released Hitachi tool and later provided Seagae F3 Arch support and Toshiba, etc .... SeDiv is Ruissian and you can search HDD Guru for the first time it started to be mentioned ... I think it was at the start of 2009.... Salvation Data is Chinese and do exist way prior to that. Also SD and HRT did had tools for all brands while SeDiv was ST-10 only for years.About the .... "clones" or tools based on ... PC-3000 .... ? There are Chinese MRT ...._________________1Q9xrDTzTddUXeJAFRn37aqh1Yr6buDCdw - (Bitcoin Donations)paypal.me/Spildit - (PayPal Donations)The HDD Oracle - Platform for OPEN research on Data Recovery.Top Spildit Post subject: Re: SeDiv 5.3.0.59 :Posted: November 13th, 2018, 19:12 Joined: December 19th, 2006, 8:49Posts: 10961Location: PortugalSeDiv is a $350 SOFTWARE ONLY tool and it doesn't have data extractor. All the others are Hardware based with power relay and do have data extractor (imaging tool). Salvation data have Data Compass, PC-3000 have "DE" or Data Extractor. HRT have "DRE" or Data Recovery Edition and MRT have Data Explorer.SeDiv is firmware tool only aimed more to drive repair and refurb. The others with exception of HRT are more inclined for data recovery and not drive repair/refurb._________________1Q9xrDTzTddUXeJAFRn37aqh1Yr6buDCdw - (Bitcoin Donations)paypal.me/Spildit - (PayPal Donations)The HDD Oracle - Platform for OPEN research on Data Recovery.Top Display posts from previous: All posts1 day7 days2 weeks1 month3 months6 months1 year Sort by AuthorPost timeSubject AscendingDescending Page 1 of 1 [ 19 posts ] Main Forums home Software and hardware tools 2ff7e9595c
